Mary then starts to input her Subject, Reply to Email and the Job Description. Once she has reviewed her job description, she submits her recruit blast. RecruitBlast.com also supports uploading of a document.

A representative of Recruit Blast reviews Mary's recruit blast order. The rep will then contact Mary to discuss pricing and the exact number of candidates in her selected category/categories.

Upon Mary's final approval, the job description is then sent to thousands of qualified candidates. Within minutes, resumes from interested candidates will be sent directly to the Reply to Email that Mary inputted.
